When they join bolaku, verify their account, and complete their first deposit via an accepted payment method, both of you become eligible for referral rewards. The rewards themselves are credited once we confirm the referred account has met its eligibility window (usually 7 days post-deposit).
Referral amounts are not guaranteed — they depend on what the referred member's welcome offer was and whether all conditions were genuinely met. We review referral claims to ensure no account manipulation happened. This takes a few days but keeps the program fair. You can see your referral status in your account under the loyalty section, with a count of pending and completed referrals.
Tier Progression & Exclusive Mechanics
bolaku members advance through loyalty tiers based on cumulative engagement. These tiers are: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you climb, you unlock access to mechanics that are more favourable: higher weekly cashback caps, exclusive game access, or priority withdrawal review. You don't pay to upgrade tiers — progression is automatic based on tracked activity over 30, 60, and 90 days.
Each tier has clear thresholds. Reach 10 logins in 30 days and you're Silver; reach 25 logins plus 5 game participations and you're Gold. We display your current progress in a tracker so you know exactly how far you are from the next tier. Tier benefits are never promises — they're mechanics that we offer as long as your account remains in good standing. If you request a withdrawal and our review team flags a concern, tier status doesn't override the review.
How to Claim Rewards
Claiming rewards on bolaku is simple. Log into your account and navigate to the Rewards or Loyalty section. You'll see all available offers and your current eligibility status for each. For the welcome offer and referral rewards, there's an explicit "Claim" button.
